I think for the IPL to be shifted to South Africa has done good for the cricket fans who want to see the balance between bat and ball.
Till know the IPL 2nd edition has been fine and it is was also good to see that the teams on the top are not the same as the last time.Deccan Chargers who were last in the 1st edition of the IPL are one of the top teams till know.
Rajistan are not as good as the last time may be because they are missing players like Sohail Tanveer and Shane Watson.Shane Watson would be back after the pakistan tour but there is Sohail Tanveer would be missed by Rajistan.Also the KKR would also be missing bowler like Umer Gul is one of better bowlers for Pakistan.
I think Lalit Modi the Cheft IPL should have allowed Pakistani players to IPL because first Pakistan Government stoped their players because of Security concern and it was just like others teams say they dont want to come Pakistan.So after the shift of the venue they should have been allowed.May be Cheif of the IPL would have some excuses for that.But still IPL till know was a fun to watch.

West Indies won the 2nd ODI
West Indies won the toss and chose to bat first.They didn't had a good start again as they lost their both their openers early in day but Sarwan and ChanderPaul then had a good partnership and both carried their partnership till 35thover when Sarwan scored 74.ChanderPaul remained not out till the end and scored 264.West Indies out up the total of 264 in their 50 overs. Chasing the target of 265 England kept losing their continuously and Captain Strauss was the one who carried the inning till the end but could not manage to take his team to victory.Strauss made 105 and was the 9th man to dismiss , thus resulting a loss for the English team as they lost by 21uns.The series is level 1-1 and ChanderPaul was given the man of the match.

England won the 1st ODI
England after playing 4test and 1T20 have still no win in the tour of the Caribbean till know.England won the toss and chose to bat first.Strauss and Bopara were the two openers for the England.They had the opening stand of 28.Peterson dint played big inning too.Bapara played a good hand and scored 43.Shah and Collingwood had a good partnership and were also the two highest scorers of the innings.They shared the partnership of 98.Shah made 62 and Collingwood made 69.In the last over Matt Prior played a fast little inning scoring 26 of 21.England made 270 in their 50 overs with the loss of 7 wickets.For West Indies Bravo and Pollard both took 2 wickets. Chasing the target West Indies lost their Captain Gayle in the third over then Sarwan and Simmons had a very good 2nd wicket partnership They shared the partnership of 125.Simmons made 62 and Sarwan made 57.ChanderPaul and Pollard both scoring 40s in a fast time but their wickets cost the West Indies team the match because West Indies lost the match by 1 run by D/L method as match was stopped 22 balls before and West Indies were 1 runs behind.They were 244 in their 46.2 overs and they needed to be on 245 , so England won the match.For England Broad took three wickets and Anderson took 2.Collingwood got the man if the match.

South Africa V Australia 3rd Test
Full Score Day 1
As Australia had already won the series but defiantly and South Africa would want to win to save some pride and if South Africa win this match then these two teams would both have 3 win against each other in the summer.
Ricky Pointing won the toss and chose to bat first again.This time Kallis was the captain of the South Africa and Price was back in the side and another new batsmen from Durban Imran Khan was given chance to play for his country and another change of M Morkal was replaced by his brother A Morkal.Australia started well with their opening batsmen getting good start.They stand the opening stand of 58 till Hughes got LBW at the bowling of Harris.Rickey Pointing got out without scoring but they lost only two wickets in the first session.2nd session was totally dominated by as they lost 3 wickets in it.Simon Katich got out just before tea scoring 55.After the tea in the very first over Australia lost Haiden and soon after they got all out with the score of 209.Steyn took 4 wickets , Ntini took 2 ,A Morkal 1 and Harris took 3.
South Africa started with their two new openers Prince and Imran Khan and dint lost any wicket in their 14 overs and made 57.
Day 2
Starting day 2 South Africa were confident that they would have a good lead against the Australians and then put pressure on them in the 2nd inning.Starting the day South Africa lost their first wicket as Imran Khan was caught and bowled of Siddle and it was only wicket to fall in the first session for the South African and then they lost their 2nd wicket in the 2nd session as Amla was caught by Haddin on the bowling of Johnson.Amla made 44 and 2nd wicket partnership was of 97.Prince brought up his hundred in the 2nd session and South Africa also lost only 1 wicket in the 2nd session.And in the third session again same story continued , South Africa only lost the wicket of Prince in the third session after he scored 150.Kallis completed his hundred just before the end of the day.So Australia just took three wickets in the day and South Africa know 195 runs ahead at the end of day 2.
Day 3
Starting the day 3 Kallis got out in the morning without adding any run to his over night score of 102.But AB De Villiars took the things in hand and played a great innings.He scored hundred and gave Australians no chance to have an momentum on the game.Although South Africa took 3 wickets in the first session but the scoring rate was kept up by De Villiars so South Africa was feeling no pressure.A Morkal scored 50 in his 1st test inning and scored it in a quick rate.McGain had the worst figures in the Australian team giving away 149 in his 18 overs.For Australia Mitchell Johnson took 4 wickets.AB De Villiars made 163 with 12 fours and 7 big sixes.South Africa were bowled out at tea and managed to make a huge total of 651 and were 442 run ahead.Australia batted in the last session and lost their 2 wickets and had made 102 runs with Simon Katich and Hussey batting.
Day 4
South Africa were entering the 4th day hoping that they would win the match by an inning and Australians were in fear of having their worst defeat of the decade.Australia started the day too slow and they scored only 42 on their 1st session and losing 1 wicket of Simon Katich but still South Africa was in commanding position and in the second session they took three wickets and all the key batsmen of the Australian team were back in the dressing room.But the partnership of McDonald and Mitchell Johnson made the third session interesting and it was looking that South African might have to come again on day 5 to bowl out the Australians but Paul Harris broke the partnership by dismissing McDonald and on the very next delivery he got out Siddle.Johnson scored his 1st international hundred but the lead was too much he could not save his team from innings defeat.South Africa won the match by inning but they lost the series 2-1.Johnson also got the man of the series.

India winning the 1st Test
Day1
After winning the ODI series Indian team was starting the test series with a very high confidence to win the three match test series.New Zealand I think always have doubts about the selections in their team. 
India won the toss and chose to bat first.Indian decision to bowl first proved great when the New Zealand wickets started to tumble.New Zealand lost their 6 wickets in the first session.But New Zealand recovered with the partnership of Ryder and Vettori.They started the partnership when the score was 60 and had a partnership of 186.Vettori made his 3rd test hundred and scored 118 and Ryder scored his 1st test and made 102 and was the last man to be dismissed.New Zealand were able to make a total of 279.For India Isant Sharma took 4 wickets , M Patel took 3 and Z Khan took 2 wickets.Indian team started their innings and were 29 for no loss.
Day 2
India started day 2 with all their wickets in hand.1st session totally belonged to India because they lost just one wicket which was of Sehwag who was run out.In the 2nd session India again lost just two more wickets two wickets of Gambhir and Rahul Dravid.Gambhir made 72 and Rahul Dravid made 66.New Zealand were never on the top on the whole day and till the end of the day India had lost only 4 wickets with Tendulkar and Yuvraj of the crease.
Day 3
India again dominated the Day 3 and Tendulkar was the main star of the Day 3 scoring 160.New Zealand also were not able to get even the tale enders cheaply , Z Khan scored 51.India scored their highest total in the New Zealand making 520 which gave them the lead of 241.New Zealand with huge runs behind wanted good start from their openers but they lost McIntosh in the first over.New Zealand were till the end of the day 75 with the loss of three wickets and they need big performance from their batsmen to save the match.
Day 4
New Zealand had to bat well on day4 to save the game but their batsmen had no answer of the bowling of Harabajan Singh and it was looking that they would loss the game by inning but McCullum helped them the make of lead of 38 and McCullum made 84 .Harbajan Singh took six wickets.India chased 39 easily without losing any wicket. Tendulkar got the man of the match.

West Indies V England T20
This was only a one T20 match before a 5 match ODI series.West Indies captain Gayle was not available due to injury so Ramdin was the standing captain.For England they had new wicket keeper Steve Davies. West Indies won the toss and chose to bowl first.England lost their first wicket in just the 4th over and kept losing wickets with regular intervals.Steve Davies was their highest score with 27 and only other player to reach more then 20 was Captain Strauss.England made 121 and were bowled out in the 20th over.Suleman Benn took 3 wickets for his team.
So, 122 was always a easy target for any team and only chance for England was to take wickets.Sarwan made 59 and carried his team to victory.England chased the score in 18 overs with the loss of 4 wickets.Amjad Khan took 2 wickets for England but target was not enough to be defended.Sarwan got the man of the match.

New Zealand V India 5th ODI
India had already won the series by 3-0 but still they would had liked to won another match and on the other hand Kiwis wanted to win this match for some respect.India played the game unchanged and in New Zealand side Styris was back for unfit Thomson. Rain delay made the match 43 overs for each side.India won the toss and chose to bat first.Sehwag again started with some big blows but Ghambhir was dismissed early.Sehwag managed to score 40 of 27 balls with 3 sixes and 3 4s.India kept losing wickets continuously on a track with a little bit of help for the bowlers.Apart from Sehwag , Rohit Sharma was the other batsmen to stay for a long time on the pitch.Rohit Sharma remained not out till the end of the innings and made 43.India got all out for 149 in 37th over.Ryder took three wickets for his team.
This target was always easy for the Kiwis but they lost their premier batsman McCullum early but it did not effected Ryder and he continued his form , and score 63 of 49 , Gubtill also scored 50 and Kiwis won the game in 24th over with the loss of just two wickets.Ryder got the man of the match but India won the series by 3-1.Test Series will start form this wednesday.
